OPEN LEVEL ADULT CONTEMPORARY - TUESDAYS 10-11:30am

This dynamic contemporary dance class begins with a warming series of stretch & strength, floorwork, and improvisational exercises to attune the somatic, moving body. From there, standing technical exercises engage form more acutely and build heat. We will move across the floor, engage space and direct the limbs. The class finishes with learning choreography that is revisited and built upon from week to week. Alice’s teaching style prioritizes fun, laughter, and really good music. All levels welcome, although some embodied movement or dance experience is helpful.
